The Center
Armory Dental Implant & Oral Surgery is a dental specialty center providing surgical care for patients in need of dental implants, jaw bone grafting, sinus bone grafting (sinus lift), extraction of teeth, removal of wisdom teeth, dental general anesthesia and sedation, and other types of oral & maxillofacial (jaw and face) surgery procedures.
The Principle Doctor
Dr. Tony Woo, doctor of dental surgery, is the oral surgeon of the office. He graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry in 1990. He completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in 1995.
In addition to his private practice at Armory Dental Implant & Oral Surgery, he is also a facial trauma surgeon at Tufts-New England Medical Center and a faculty member of the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and the Department of Oral Health Policy and Epidemiology of Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
He trains the residents in the Advanced Education Program in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Tufts University in facial injury repair, dental implant surgery, and bone grafting techniques. As the oral surgeon for the Department of Dentistry and Oral Surgery at Cambridge Health Alliance, he trains and supervises the general dental practice residency doctors of the Harvard School of Dental Medicine at Cambridge Health Alliance in oral surgery and dental implant treatment.
Dr. Woo is board certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Anesthesia. He is a member of the:

He is also a journal reviewer for the International Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Implants.
The Team We have a dedicated and professional team of staff, and we serve as a referral center for other dental professionals who trust the care of their patients to our office. To serve our referring doctors and patients, we have an dedicated office managment team, experienced and friendly implant treatment coordinator, certified oral & maxillofacial Surgery assistants, and professional and helpful insurance coordinator.
